Whistleblower

The new "whistleblower law" imposes requirements on employers with at least 50 employees as of December 17, 2023.

The Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting Misconduct came into force two years ago. The law is based on the EU whistleblower directive, which obliges EU member states to legislate on the protection of whistleblowers, i.e. employees who raise the alarm about serious misconduct

All of our operations must be characterized by high ethical standards, therefore we are very keen that misconduct is discovered and that measures are taken as soon as possible. Your involvement is an important part of that work.

We therefore encourage you who suspect that there are irregularities to report this in our Whistleblower function. You do not need to have proof, but the notice must be given in good faith.

What can be reported?

The misconduct must have a public interest. Misconduct refers to criminal behavior or failure to comply with laws and regulations.

Security and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us and your report will be encrypted and no IP addresses can be traced. You can therefore feel safe in sharing your information.

However, we ask that you enter your name and contact details so that we can carry out the best possible investigation. Within seven days you will receive a confirmation of the case received and you will receive feedback on how the case is handled within three months.

The investigation is strictly confidential and handled with the utmost care.

Tell us, You can make a difference.
