This year's customer event took place on March 21st at Piteå Havsbad. CEO Susanne Jangdal began with a presentation and information about ShoreLink. Then the Swedish Maritime Administration's Icebreaker Director Tomas Årnell followed up and provided information about icebreaking, and how they plan to face the future. The next item on the agenda was a trip with the icebreaker Arctic Explorer. Captain Tomas Wiren answered questions and entertained many guests. The highlight of the trip was of course the opportunity to swim among the ice floes.
The evening ended with mingling, dinner and entertainment in Pite Havsbads Casino. Sweden's best mentalist, magician Riku Koponen, managed to amaze everyone with several entertaining acts. In short, a successful and appreciated event!
