ShoreLink streamlines its documents with Centuri

In the fall of 2012, the introduction of a new digital document and case management system began. The work of revising and moving in all documents and forms from our old operations manual has been ongoing since the turn of the year. An extensive work that quality manager Ulf Isaksson, together with HR manager Maria Lövbrand, has been holding the strings. In addition to document management, there is also case and deviation management. The different stages of a case are open to all users in a simple and logical web interface. It can be followed from when it is created to when it is completed and archived. Generally, you can read all documents and cases, but only certain users have access to publish and approve new or updated documents. The process of issuing a document or case in the system will be both fast and will be a strong contribution to an efficient and living system with full traceability and control.
