TransAtlantic is expanding its existing container traffic to/from Northern Sweden and Finland from today's 14-day service to a weekly schedule starting week 40. At the same time, two major transshipment ports, Hamburg and Bremerhaven, are being added to the schedule.
New tour list will be: Kokkola - Piteå - Hamburg - Bremerhaven - Antwerp.
With a weekly schedule and regular calls to Europe's largest transshipment ports, excellent transport opportunities for volumes to and from the region around the Gulf of Bothnia and a variety of overseas destinations are opened up.
ShoreLink has invested in a new load plate to be able to fill the containers quickly and easily.
