After 10 years as CEO of ShoreLink, it is time to step down. ShoreLink faces an intense period in the coming years with many new opportunities and developments. Now is therefore a good time to change CEO for the period ahead.
During my 10 years, we have had positive development in all operations at ShoreLink, with many new deals and exciting assignments. ShoreLink has had good growth and many new employees have started working. I am grateful and satisfied to have worked at ShoreLink during this time, and to have been able to help provide good conditions that can take ShoreLink further in the future. It feels very positive to be able to make a well-planned change of CEO, with plenty of time for recruitment and handover.
The board will shortly put together a recruitment group and the plan is to have a new CEO in place when I step down on July 1, 2021. There is still some time left and I will work fully at all times with all the challenges we have.
